OVERVIEW

The Clopay Canyon Ridge® Carriage House (4-Layer) garage doors combine traditional carriage house styles with modern functionality, energy efficiency, and technology. Steel is used in the construction of these doors for strength and longevity, while composite overlays are moulded for aesthetics and realism. These doors come with:

  • ​Steel, insulation, steel, and composite overlay comprise a four-layer construction.

  • Faux wood-look composite overlay is offered in Mahogany for solid colours and Clear Cypress for Ultra-Grain® colour selections.

  • Ultra-Grain Walnut, Ultra-Grain Medium, Ultra-Grain Slate, Black, White, and Primed are among the available hues.

  • Insulation made of 2″ Intellicore® polyurethane with a thermal break. 18.4-value R.

  • For installations requiring significant wind loads, WINDCODE® door reinforcing is offered.

 

ASSURANCE FOR THE ENVIORNMENT

Clopay doors are in accordance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors are free of HFCs. Clopay doors meet the following requirements:

  • SB 1013 (California)

  • HB 1112 — Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Washington

  • Ozone-depleting chemicals and halocarbon alternatives rules in Canada have been amended.

  • Greenhouse Gas Bill (A-5583/S-3919) in New Jersey

The garage doors from Clopay® Canyon Ridge® Carriage House (4-Layer) are made with a sturdy base door and overlays. The composite overlays with a simulated wood look are low maintenance, strong, and won’t rot, warp, or break.

  • Door sample in Medium Finish is displayed.

  • Protecting against the elements is made possible by the replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in rust-free aluminium retainer.

  • Rollers made of high performance nylon ball bearings aid in ensuring silent, sluggish functioning.

  • Hinges and brackets are made of sturdy 14 gauge steel for worry-free operation.

  • Window grilles are easily cleanable and detachable.

  • With the garage door closed and under tension, removing the bottom bracket could result in catastrophic injury. The Safe-T-Bracket® prevents this from happening.

  • Product meets 2015 IECC air infiltration standard of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)
